1. when the rain that was predicted to fall all over the feet of snow currently on the ground never actually arrives*
2. getting the driveway cleared** before breakfast
3. coffee and a muffin
4. sleepy dogs
5. sleepy husband


*and there was much rejoicing, followed by much complaining about the amount of time people spent trying to clear ice dams yesterday for no real reason
